Queue formation can affect other processes, leading to time spending, quality losses of service and among others. The purpose of this work is to show the concept of Internet of things in the elaboration A Smart Chair, that is, a solution for accents that remotely indicate your occupation, and you can be used in areas of great circulation of people, such as banks and physical stores, for example. The use of a Ubidots platform, in which the user can keep track of the information in real time, can affect in the reduction of queue constructions in organizations. The research is characterized by being exploratory and intends to analyze the hypothesis presented, research was used to capture secondary data and Analyzed the formation of queues in different physical entities of various segments, analyzing a sample of 396 complaints, making it feasible to draw up the initial project that justifies this Research.
