INOVAÇÃO ABERTA NO BRASIL: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA SOBRE MICRO E PEQUENAS EMPRESAS

Abstract

This article investigates how technology-based micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in Brazil can overcome challenges and seize opportunities through open innovation. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was adopted as the method to identify and select relevant studies on the topic. The search was guided by Parsifal software, which assisted in organizing and filtering the gathered data. Five studies were selected for qualitative analysis. The analytical criteria included internal factors such as team engagement, innovation management, and organizational flexibility, as well as external factors like collaboration networks and government support. The results highlight the importance of combining internal and external strategies for innovation, while also revealing gaps in the Brazilian context, underscoring the need for studies from international contexts to enrich the discussion. It is concluded that understanding these innovative processes can transform the role of MSEs, making them key players in a competitive and dynamic global scenario
