Agroturismo, Empreendedorismo, Scoping ReviewAbstract
This article sought to analyze the main elements of Entrepreneurship in Agritourism, through a Scope Review between the years 2017 and 2021. In methodological terms, the review method proposed by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) was used to analyze the available evidence in the Web of Science® and Scopus® databases. As a result, the study highlights thematic categories related to the importance of development policies and regulation of the sector, construction of identity and collaborative networks of producers, social capital and, finally, forms of innovation related to the development of new products and services. The results of this study contribute transversally, with clarification of the main categories that involve studies of Entrepreneurship and Agrotourism, by means of the analysis of the evolution of the theme and the possibility of developing new research which would cover other areas that compose the touristic environment.
