EMPREENDEDORISMO VERDE: CASE DE SUCESSO EM SUSTENTABILIDADE DA POIATO RECICLA

O presente estudo apresentou os principais aspectos sobre o empreendedorismo ambiental realizado pela empresa Poiato Recicla em parceria com a Universidade de Brasília (UnB). O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a abordagem do empreendedorismo ambiental adotado, visto que ela não apenas se alinha com os princípios da economia capitalista, mas também busca conciliar diversos interesses dentro do contexto, incluindo aspectos econômicos, ambientais e sociais. A partir de procedimentos metodológicos estruturados, a pesquisa examina como a Poiato Recicla conseguiu transformar um problema ambiental em uma oportunidade sustentável, demonstrando como a reciclagem de bitucas de cigarro pode contribuir para a preservação do meio ambiente, gerar benefícios econômicos e promover conscientização social. O principal resultado é que o ecoempreendedorismo praticado pela Poiato Recicla não só permite a reciclagem eficiente de resíduos altamente poluentes, como também estabelece um modelo de negócio que responde a necessidades ambientais e sociais prementes. Esta investigação destacou, assim, a importância do empreendedorismo ambiental como impulsionador de soluções criativas e eficazes na gestão de resíduos, contribuindo para uma abordagem mais consciente e equilibrada do ambiente e da sociedade.
