GESTÃO DE MELHORIAS NO PROCESSO PRODUTIVO DE IMAGENS SACRAS

Abstract

After the Industrial Revolution, the world changed. Then, it started a new period, when the machines were used very much. Since this, the competitiveness has increased and the continues search from production process’ improvements to insure the business growth and survival. This study is based on the production processes of the company Nova Petrini, located in Guaratinguetá, where the main activity is the religious images manufacture. This work has the objective to identify and analysis the current process and problems that exists in the company to develop improvement productivity actions and contribute with a more efficient religious images production. To reach the expected results, it was used quality tools, as example Matrix GUT, Pareto and Ishikawa Diagrams and calculation of productivity capacity and stream maps values. The search method used was bibliographic search by data collective in information secondary sources, documents available by the company and visits. After studies it is expected that the presented suggestions for improvements contribute to the company to standardize and automate their processes, influencing positively on their productivity and competitiveness in the current market.
