Barreiras na implementação da Logística Reversa nas empresas catarinenses

A busca pela satisfação do cliente é uma das principais funções e uma das questões mais importantes dentro das organizações. Com o mundo cada vez mais globalizado e preocupado com as questões ambientais, as intuições vêm buscando formas de trazer uma visão mais verde para dentro das organizações. Uma dessas atividades é a logística reversa que vem crescendo em todo mundo tentando abordar um caráter mais ambientalmente correto. Porém, apesar da busca para implementar essa atividade, ainda há grandes dificuldades a serem enfrentadas. Devido a isso, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar sobre essas principais barreiras da pratica da logística reversa no cenário catarinense por meio da aplicação de questionário em determinadas empresas da região que possuem esse tipo de prática ativa. Os resultados demonstram principalmente que o investimento financeiro é uma barreira presente em todas as empresas respondentes assim como diversas outras barreiras demonstraram-se presentes nas empresas estudadas.
