Abstract

The Religious Center used in this article annually receives about 11 and a half million people, in certain weekends a movement of pilgrims exceeding 200,000 (two hundred thousand) people, impressive numbers for a city that has about 35,000 (thirty five thousand ) population. The Medical Centre of Religious Center serves an average of 21,000 (twenty one thousand) people per year, and to assist its 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) employees. Thus, a fast and efficient service, it is necessary, as many diagnoses can be identified and, thus treated. In this work data will be collected for the outpatient care of Religious Institution and, based on this information, a computer model in the software arena will be built, in order to analyze the current process and create scenarios that seek to improve the service. The search for continuous improvement in the provision of services are necessary for the growth and success of a company. The application of this simulation will be carried out in a practical way through a quantitative research, where data will be collected for the services provided in the Medical Centre, along with bibliographic databases, identifying possible changes and adding knowledge to the researcher and presented article. The simulation modeling has been increasingly used as a tool for the analysis of a current process without the original structure is affected. In this way, possible improvements can be planned and organized effectively.
