Analysis on the impact of routing on a highflow pizzeria

The present study will deal with issues related to routing and basic concepts of logistics costs. The work will be based on a pizzeria located in the eastern zone of São Paulo, in the neighborhood of Guaianases, which currently does not have adequate and efficient planning for the management of its deliveries, with only superficial analyzes in common GPS systems.
Applying the Routeasy system to aid in the determination of routes, the present study aims to analyze if the company could optimize and reduce the amount of miles spent in the delivery routes, which would consequently reduce variable logistic costs, increasing profit margins.
